AgentBuild is built agent-first: the AI agent connected to your account can resolve most issues directly, and can escalate to our team on your behalf when it can’t. Telling your agent “something’s wrong with my site” is usually the fastest path — it sees your site’s state and can open a support case with the full context attached.

For anything else — account access, billing questions, or if you can’t reach your agent — email support@agentbuild.it. Include the email address on your AgentBuild account and, if the question is about a site, its address. We respond within one business day.

The dashboard has a support page at agentbuild.it/app/support where you can review and follow up on open cases.
